crossroads Leadership Operating Team (cLOT)

Pronounced “SEE-lot,” this cross-class operating team oversees the development and implementation of our annual Systemic Change Plan of Work and supports the people and groups that get the work done!  The group guides Sisters as it makes deep and lasting change in our community and throughout the region. 

cLOT is limited to twelve people, and is by appointment only.  Anyone is welcome to inquire.  or by calling (503) 222-5694 ext. 16.
